As part of its efforts to enhance the institutional capacities of its team, Solidarity Is Global Institute-JO conducted a specialized training titled “Effective Communication Strategies and Personal Strategic Planning” on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The training, which saw the participation of 20 staff members, was held within the activities of the project “Safe Paths – Policies to Combat Violence in the Workplace and World of Work,” supported by the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF).

The training covered key skills for effective communication in the workplace and how to implement them at both individual and group levels, with an emphasis on the positive outcomes of adopting these skills in professional contexts. It also focused on enhancing self-awareness and the importance of setting priorities, as well as developing strategic planning and thinking skills. These skills are particularly crucial for working women in defining their professional and personal goals and building clear and sustainable career paths.
