The Jordanian Women’s Union Institute participated in a specialized training organized by the Royal Health Awareness Society, with the participation of several local institutions and associations. The training was held over three days and aimed to strengthen the capacities of organizations working in the community sector and enhance their performance.

The training covered a range of key topics, most notably institutional governance, referral systems, and response mechanisms to gender-based violence, in addition to promoting the concept of safe and inclusive spaces for different groups. These efforts contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational mechanisms within participating institutions.

The training concluded with a series of practical applications focused on developing institutional action plans and translating training outcomes into clear, actionable procedures, thereby enhancing the sustainability of institutional impact.

This training comes as part of ongoing efforts to support local institutions in strengthening their readiness and reinforcing their role as safe and inclusive spaces, capable of responding efficiently and effectively to the needs of various community groups.
